We Appreciate our Staff

Blue Cap recently rolled out a new Staff Appreciation Program, and by all accounts, it's a hit!

Executive Director, Tony Di Vittorio, explains, "Our staff displays such a high degree of dedication and commitment to the Blue Cap mission. I never cease to be amazed at their level of caring." He goes on to say, "Our new Staff Appreciation Program is just one way that we recognize and say thank you to our hardworking staff."

As part of Staff Appreciation, Blue Cap now does a monthly recognition program along with Quarterly Awards and of course, the Employee(s) of the Year.
