Blue Cap Receives Special Visitors from Japan

In September 2012, sixteen visitors from Japan came to tour Blue Cap and meet the staff and individuals. The trip here was arranged through the Center of Social Welfare Promotion and National Examination. It was a rare opportunity for all of us at Blue Cap to meet people from Japan who also work with individuals with disabilities of all ages like we do.
They were able to tour Children's Services, Adult Services and even had time to stop by and visit one of our CILA/Residential Homes.

It was a learning experience for everyone!
