How to Obtain Services at Blue Cap

At Blue Cap, we understand that finding supports that you or your loved one needs can be challenging, and we are here to help in any way we can. Based on the unique requirements and expectations of each person we seek to support, we tailor our services to best fulfill all personalized goals. True to our unifying principles, which are based on person-centered planning, everyone receives a comprehensive assessment and customized recommendation that will ensure the most beneficial service placement.   
How to Access Services

To obtain services, a person must be enrolled in the Prioritization for Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) database. To learn more about PUNS, click here

All persons seeking services must start at the point of entry, which is at an Independent Service Coordination (ISC) or Preadmission Screening (PAS) Agency.
